Custom Orders

Thank you for considering Wixx and Things for your special occasion! We are honored to help create unforgettable custom favors for your events—from weddings and baby showers to birthdays and corporate gifting.

Our custom favors are handcrafted in small batches to reflect your unique theme, scent preferences, and style.

How It Works

1. Submit a Request. Start by filling out our Custom Inquiry Form or emailing us at wixxcandlesandthings@yahoo.com with the details of your event:
1. Type of event (wedding, baby shower, etc.)
2. Quantity needed
3. Desired delivery or event date
2. Receive a Quote
1. We’ll send you a custom quote within 2–3 business days based on your needs, including production time and delivery.   

1. Pay The Deposit 
1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. This covers materials, time, and initial preparation.

• Design & Production
  Once the deposit is received, we’ll begin creating your custom products. You'll receive photos and updates along the way if requested.
• Final Payment
  The remaining balance is due no later than 1 week before delivery. Orders will not ship or be available for pickup until the final payment is received.

Important Details

• Minimum Order: We require a minimum of 10 units for all custom party favors.
• Lead Time: Please allow 3–4 weeks for custom orders, depending on size and complexity. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.
• Cancellations: Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
• Shipping or Pickup: We offer both shipping and local pickup options. Delivery fees may apply.
